Rental Terms

To open a mailbox at Florence Mailbox Business Center, a one-time application fee of $25.00 is required to process your account and verify your information.

In addition, a $25.00 key deposit is collected at sign-up and is fully refundable when your mailbox is closed in good standing and all keys are returned.

These fees help us maintain a secure and organized system for all customers while ensuring continued access to safe and reliable mailbox services.
